With over 26 years of extensive experience in finance within both manufacturing and service sectors, Ganesh has garnered comprehensive expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, tax management, commodity management, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance functions. He has played integral roles in corporate restructuring and risk management throughout his career. As a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, he has actively contributed to forex management and has been instrumental in various mergers and acquisitions endeavors. Currently, he serves as the CFO of Sify Infinit Spaces Limited, the data center subsidiary of Sify Technologies Ltd, a leading ICT player in India and Senior Vice-President (Finance) of the parent entity, besides holding directorial positions in other Sify Group entities. Previously, he held the position of CFO at Parry Sugars Refinery India Private Limited, a subsidiary of EID Parry within the Murugappa Group, overseeing a turnover exceeding USD 300 million, making it the largest SEZ sugar refinery in India.
His strengths have translated into academic measure and he has been involved in various Business and finance forums and a guest lecturer at study circle meetings of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, University of Madras, besides being a panel member in India CFO Forum Summit 2019.
